XYZ company is a company engaged in manufacturing car boxes. Box for sale is the result of the manufacture from raw materials purchased from suppliers and then processed by the production. The company want to replace manual systems to computerized systems, because by using the old system of recording transactions are less secure and not convincing in data storage. Thus, they need a system that can help improve company performance. Therefore, in this thesis designed an accounting system that can perform all accounting processes and transactions more quickly and with securely stored data.The process of making this software is started from the system design, analyzes the Problems Company have, and analysis of the needs that exist in the company. The modules are made using of Microsoft Visio for DFD, ERD using Smart Draw and also design tables and design a menu . This software is created using VB programming language .NET and Microsoft SQL Server also uses as data storage.Based on the results of testing, the program is considered to be in accordance with existing accounting system in general. This can be evidenced by the percentage of the number of respondents who answered the questionnaire

Real Estate company X has the IT division that provides support and services to another divisions which became a customer for the IT division. IT division provides services such as procurement of software, hardware assembly, and service divisions helpdesc for the needy. The problems that have occurred on the company network is lost, which caused the saturation point in the cable resulting data is entered into a computer can not be transferred to the server, the server is full, because any existing data within the company will be put into memory on the server, and often memory capacity in the server is no longer enough to accommodate the existing data, and the damage - hardware damage caused by the negligence of the user. That requires a risk analysis of quality management and risk management to cope with risks that exist.In this thesis, risk assessments of the quality management and risk management in IT services was carried out. The author uses several sources to help understand and assess the factors - existing risk factors, namely COBIT 4.1, ISO 31000, and Risk Rating Metodhology by OWASP. Based on research and interviews conducted, it was found several risk factors such as lack of Quality Management System that is used to guide the IT division, the absence of a structured risk management at the company, and the absence of criteria for determining the likelihood and impact for risks that were found.Responses should be done by the company is making a Quality Management System that can be used to provide guidance and guidance for IT divisions to carry out the duties and obligations, and implement a risk management used to identify, analyze, and identify ways how to prevent and avoid risks occurs

This company requires information systems that provide administrative records therefore the works become more effective and efficient also to decrease the risk of human error.This application was created by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 VB. Net and SQL Server 2005 as the database storage system. The method used in the calculation of cost of goods sold is the average method. From the results of application\u27s testing, it shows that the application can process the data directly related to the purchase and sale process automatically. Reports of sales, purchases and income statement can be done quickly and accurately

Aplikasi Survei Berbasis Android

Survey process in the field needs surveyor to writedown data manually on a paper. Manual data recording process will later be repeated to save it in the computer for a digital data. This process increases the possibility to have an error in the data input step from a handwritten data. Furthermore, there is a need to turn the survey data into a processed data for a decision making purpose by the survey administrator.Android is chosen as the mobile device platform in this thesis, because it is the most used platform in smartphones. Also, it answers the need of a surveyor in the field to easily carry the survey data. Server application uses Node.js framework to minimalize data process between platforms.There are two applications as the result, which are administrator web application and surveyor Android-based application. Web application is for creating, viewing, changing, deleting, and processing question and survey result data. Android-based application is to be used by specific surveyor in the field for answering many kinds of question types that is created in the web application

This application is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.Net programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database.Results obtained from applications that have been made, among others, administrative information systems that can create and display selling report, purchasing report, equity report, claim report, inventory report, opname stock report, profit and loss report, and best-seller report. These reports are useful to help viewing transactions that occur within a certain period

Pembuatan System Corporate Messenger Pada Jaringan Lan

Corporate messenger is the one of the application that can be used for communication in a local area network. The backgrounds of this topic are needs of sending message process in the LAN. The messages which want to be presented are not only in a text format, but also can be in audio visual format. Computer client will connect to the server. When the connection has been established, the client continued the authentication and started sending message between client and server. Audio and video message sending can be done with peer to peer connection with entering the IP address first from remote user that we want to communicate with. The evaluation of this application was done by using 3 computers and as the result, we found that authentication process can work properly, sending text message was done properly and communication using audio can be heard clearly. In addition to video sending message, we could see directly in remote client. The average time to show the video on remote client is 3.771 seconds
